Extra: Potterie Oud Delft was founded in 1921 in Nijmegen as N.V. Industrie- en handelsmij. Oud Delft. In 1925 they took over many forms from Potterie Rembrandt, also based in Nijmegen. The markings on this early handpainted piece by Oud Delft are based on the markings used by Potterie Rembrandt in the period from 1920-1925, leaving out the R in the amphora and adding OD.
