Other: Henk Verberkmoes was born in 1923 in Bergen op Zoom. During the second World War he studied at the Rijksnormaalschool. After the war he graduated from the Instituut voor Kunstnijverheid, after which he worked as assistent to his teacher W.H. de Vries at Fris Edam from 1948-1950. He also had his own workshop in Edam between 1949 and 1957. In the 1960’s Henk Verberkmoes moved to Waalre where he lived and worked until he passed away in 2003.
